It's snowing in NC!

I can't wait to wake up my children!

I wonder what kind of winter we have in store for us.

Its snowing here in the mountains too. I have a funny feeling we are in for a snowy winter. I have already begun my winter mantra......."The children have to go to school, the children have to go to school." I am an administrator in a group home for kids with autism. When school is closed for snow days it just throws them off their routine SO much. I hope we don't have too many snow days this year.

The dog woke me up about 4:30am, so I got up to let her out. I thought it looked a little too bright outside for the middle of the night!!!! Gosh, it is so beautiful - we have a dusting on all the grass and the flakes were just drifting down.

I hope we get a big snow or two this year - I can remember as a child we always had at least 2 or 3 4+ inch snows in the winter. Lately it seems we had had almost mild winters for several years in a row. Sorry about your kids, Linda - but at least where I live I hope it snows a lot this winter!!!!!

I hope it snows alot too.....on Saturday or Sunday and on days when I am not "on call" and therefore responsible for finding staff to come in and work longer days.

I love the snow....just not the stress that it provides from a work/staffing perspective.
