But Gene tried to sneak it open last night. He went to bed first so he could lay in there and watch sports. When I went in, it was obvious that the window was open; the curtains were blowing and I could feel the cold air. So I asked him to close it as I went into the bathroom. I heard him slam it shut and I called out, "And don't just shut it hard and try to sneak it open again!"
I went out, adjusted my pillows and calmly walked around and shut the window. Gene had the covers over his head and he was laughing. He had done exactly what I told him not to, just as I was saying it. He said he started laughing so hard that he couldn't answer. What a brat!
Do you fight with your SO over bedroom temperature? Gene is a furnace when he sleeps so he always wants it cool, but then I lay there and shiver.
