My news is our entire WDW trip is paid off and my surprises for DH are all in place and paid for. I still don't know what he has planned or where we are going on October 5th. However I noticed he added passports to our list of things to take. With him that may be a fake out he is doing or we could be really leaving the country.

We have two Miniature Schnauzer's, a male and his daughter. They are both small miniatures, he is all boy and very protective of me, not aggressive at all...unless you do something to me. The little girl is so delicate and feminine and such a flirt. I will have to post a picture of them.

Awwwww .... that's so neat. I grew up with Miniature Schnauzers!! At one point, we had 5 at once! yikes! We had many Schnauzers over the years. I'd love to see their pic!!

Looking into staying at AKV-KV for our next trip late 2013/early 2014...would have to be Kidani since those villas can hold 5...just hoping we wont be stuck at the far end of the building when we stay!

The DVC CM said when we check in at the Podium is when we request which dining room we want. I need to do more research!

Thanks, Linda! I can't imagine how MK will be on Christmas Eve, but as long as we have a reservation, we'll brave it!

They took a credit card # for guarantee and said there is a "one day cancellation or your credit card will be charged $10/pp" (sounds fair ).

How cool is that, Laura? Go DVC! I found a different dining # posted elsewhere on the site and was able to get someone so quickly she cut off the WELCOME MESSAGE. Seriously amazing. My Mom had been trying to get one for the last three and a half hours but I was able to swoop in and get her one in 10 minutes. I think she is so happy she hasn't processed how unfair this is and I doubt she will ever do this again, she will always make me... Its not the day they want and it is very early but she is stoked.

Funny how some people tried and tried for hours and couldn't get through. I've been watching a thread about it and the frustration level was awful!!!

Online ADRs start Wednesday (assuming the site doesn't crash!). I plan to snoop around and see what, if any, availability is left for our December trip.
