This is my anti COLD thread.

I am on the beach in the Bahamas with the sun beating down on me. Drink in Hand, BBQ roaring, CORN steaming and lots of island music. Can anyone feel the breeze and the swaying of the Palm trees. I can smell the suntan lotion and the kids are having a grand time in the surf and sand. Anyone wanna join me????

Sure...what the heck...but can we get there via the Disney Cruise Line so we can lay on the pool deck on our way there sipping drinks and soaking in the sun!!!!!

Awww. DH and I have gotten to the adult side of Castaway Cay early enough to have our pick of seats. We've found two lounge chairs together, right under a big umbrella.

The bright blue water is so clear and shallow that you can see the beautiful stingrays floating just below the surface looking for food.

Just as I begin to drift to sleep, book in hand, a CM shows up with my Conch Cooler.




Thanks for the break from -3 degrees with a -15 windchill.

I'm sitting out on the 7th aft deck, all alone. Just me the heat and humidity, a tall glass of iced tea and the deep blue sea.

Phew, it's just too hot here on the beach. I'm going to wonder down to the water and take a little swim. I think I'll just stand ankle deep, let the sun beat on me and think about all the wonderful things in my life, while my feet sink deeper and deeper into the sand. The sun is so bright and hot, even though I have my sunglasses on, I have to shield my eyes.

ACK! It's just too hot!

I think I'll come back up and join you guys and have a nice, tall, ice filled glass of tea, with mint. I'll get that drink for you Annie&Hallie'sMom. I need to take a walk and get into some shade for a bit.
