It's getting darker

It used to stay light until 9 or 9:30pm here on the east coast, now I see the sun setting around 8pm The summer's almost over....dang, I'm depressed Yes, I know it happens this time every year but it still bums me out

I'm right with you, OP. I am VERY depressed at the thought of summer ending, especially because of the summer we've had. I always tend to get depressed about this time of year. It stinks.

This morning on my daily walk/jog, I spotted a red leaf. NOT what I wanted to see. I'm not ready for another 8-9 months of cold weather.

It's funny that I noticed this tonight also. I looked out the window at 8:15 and asked dh why it was so dark. I'm so not looking forward to winter.

We didn't even have a real summer, it was more like living in Seattle. If we get 2 feet of snow a week before Halloween like last year, I'm MOVING!
