Grazie,
Mishetta :D

Here it is......Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore Recipe:

2 medium onions, thinly sliced
2-1/2-3 lbs. chicken parts
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1-16 oz. can tomatoes
2-6 oz. cans tomato paste
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup dry white wine
butter

Put onions on bottom of crock pot, followed by chicken and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 3-4 hours. Just before serving add a couple of pats of butter to the pot. Serve over hot buttered spaghetti or white rice.

You can serve the chicken whole or you can do as I prefer, hold butter until the end, remove chicken from crock, bone and shread. Return to crock, mix well with butter pats and serve over steamed rice.
