So today is my weigh in day. I lost 4 pounds! It's amazing what a difference a little exercise and cutting out or even just cutting down on certain foods like breads and pepsi can make. I had a good week, there was only one day I just wanted to snack all day but I didn't. Hopefully this coming week will be good too!
