So today is my weigh in day. I lost 4 pounds! It's amazing what a difference a little exercise and cutting out or even just cutting down on certain foods like breads and pepsi can make. I had a good week, there was only one day I just wanted to snack all day but I didn't. Hopefully this coming week will be good too!

Are you following a certain plan? I left WISH a few months ago, just too much going on. Now, I'm trying to figure out what plan I need to follow, but I am sooo ready to get started! I took the plunge and weighed myself yesterday! :eek:

Tiffany, I have been doing Weight Watchers. I like the plan because it seems to work for me and I can still eat the things I like. Good luck!
