I purchased tickets for 2 days for 3 people in the end of December, I did the email where sent me the upc code and I scanned it into the Disney App on my phone and I can see all three tickets on three. What about fast passes, do I make them for everyone till I get to the park and get my real card at the park ?

Yes, you can go onto the app or the website and make FP+. You can make them 60 days in advance if staying onsite or 30 days in advance if staying offsite.
