It's Back-January Trip-A-Day Contest!

I must be todays winner, they took away my enter button since Betty is planning to contact me...:cool1::rotfl2:

We must have tied.

This is the first day that no matter what I do....... no enter button. I can't even get an error message. :(

This is the first time in 28 days I've had no Enter button.

I logged out of the website and closed the browser. Fired it back up and the button appeared and could enter without any trouble.

I didn't even have to log out. Just refreshed the page a moment ago and entered successfully.

I have also had issues today. I tried my phone and my laptop.

I finally was able to find an enter button.

Even though Saturday is our last day to enter, I wonder how long I will need to obsess about my email? I'm really hoping mid February.....

I have attempted to enter every day and have had success probably 75% of the time at most. It's very frustrating, but, all you need is one to win! pixiedust:

That was very optimistic of me, but it is very exciting to see so many winners from this board!!!

I like your way of thinking! Happy BDay to hubby.

Thanks!!! He's on the west coast for a meeting and I keep wanting to call him and sing happy birthday but I don't know that he'll appreciate that at 6:30 in the morning his time!!

I've noticed if the enter button is not available, just click the Spanish version at the bottom and everything works fine. (Most of it is still in English too. Weird). I would assume entering on the English or Spanish site gets you the same odds of winning.

Yep - I had to enter on the Spanish site today.

My mom and dad have a birthday this week and they love Disney. I would love to take them when I win this thing!:)

Congrats Disneynan. That's pretty funny. I don't enter many public contests.
Sounds like you do and are pretty lucky. Those cash ones I'm sure add up to a nice vacation.

I woke and came down telling my husband it wasn't feelling like a pixie dust day because I didn't have an enter button. To which I opened the browser and found it and entered no problem. ;)

He said "well maybe it will be a pixie dust day".

After he left I logged on checking email and saw they listed the Night of Joy performers. I'm so excited that I know who a lot of them are and like most of them. Wahoo!

I told DH that I was feeling frustrated to not jump on really nicely priced flights but even if the flights do go up I can usually find them for under $300.
BUT maybe just maybe I'll have a win email and the prices won't matter.

Hey I can dream.

pixiedust: Have a pixie dust day.
Happy continued shoveling out to my NorthEast friends.

I didn't have any troubles entering today, fortunately. No email for us YET but there are still a few days to go so we're trying to stay positive! We likely won't be able to go back for at least the next 2-3 years because I start nursing school next January and my husband is likely getting out of the Army so I'm really praying and hoping for this win!

I think we'd try to go in the fall if we could to enjoy Halloween. We've only ever been able to go at the end of July and we both said last year that we can't do that anymore. lol :sunny: :crowded:

I received my email from Disney today to start planning our trip!!!:jumping1:

My DH is researching Disney crowd calendars to pick the best time for us. We are cooler weather people which works well with off peak dates. I have never stayed in a Disney property, I currently have NO idea where we should stay so I am off to research...:Pinkbounc

WOO HOO!!!!:cheer2:

Giggles. So much fun. Honestly is there a bad deluxe resort?
And remember that you and your husband will remember more than your son so pick something fun for you two. I believe you said your son was 5 or am I confusing you with someone else. Anyway, any resort for a kid is fun. Especially if you spend most of your time in the parks.

How exciting... Plan away!!

Won't be long for you either. Have you picked your resort top 3?
I've never really researched them because deluxe has been out of my price options. But if I'm lucky enough to pick I'll looking at Contemporary (because I like the monorail), Grand Floridian(monorail and it's really pretty inside) and Polynesian (it's just gorgeous). However I also would like a Yacht or BC (walk from there to Epcot and HS) so it doesn't matter really.

Heck looking out at this snow, I'd take POP or Allstar with tween cheerleaders! :thumbsup2
The snow on the deck looks like that fluffy fake stuff you can buy at Christmas time or in the craft stores.

There has been a hawk flying around in my back yard and a absolutely GORGEOUS male red cardinal was just on the feeder.
distractions from obsessing.

We go every November the week before Thankgiving, Cool enough to enjoy and walk around but warm enough to swim... Also a REALLY low time for crowds.

You are so funny! I would stay at POP too LOL.... I want to see what is more affordable (tax wise)... Now I am finding myself checking my email every 10 minutes!

Well it's 5 PM est and no email today. I'm running out of days that I can say maybe tomorrow. I brought up to Serial about staying at yacht/BC or Boardwalk. We stay in that area a lot and love it. Our home DVC resort in Bay Lake which is gorgeous and great location but we have been liking being able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Plus you can see fireworks if you stand on the bridges in those resort areas. There is excellent dining at those resorts as well (yachtsman steakhouse- yum!). What you would pay in taxes to stay at a deluxe is probably equal to you paying for a value resort. And after staying at a deluxe, you won't want to stay at a value again.
