We won the second week of January and it took them 5 business days to email us. My husband called and told me he wasn't sure if it was spam, but a company (Ventura) emailed us and said we were potential winners of the FlipSide contest. I thought we were selected as a "back up winner" after reading the official rules again, but we responded anyway. She clarified in the next email that we had won the full prize if we met eligibility and I nearly fainted!

We received our notification last week that we won the Flip Side contest!!! I must admit, I have been so excited that I have barely slept in a week.
I have been scouring the internet to find as much information about the castle suite as I could so that we can make the most of the experience, and I came across this thread and thought I would join in the fun. Now we are just waiting on Disney to call and arrange the details. I really hope we can celebrate my son's 5th birthday in the castle!! Oh, who am I kidding... I'll go whenever they let me!

Congrats!! I wouldn't be able to sleep either if I won and knew I was going to be in Cinderella Castle for the night!

Another MA resident here. I'm in the 20 to 30 inches of snow area. And my flight to Disney is Friday morning. I'm trying not to panic. If the storm ends Wednesday morning, flights should be normal by Friday, right? Right???!!

And if we lose power/internet how will I continue to enter the contest? I'll be keeping my phone charged constantly! Hope that is enough.

I'm in the 30" in area in MA too and was JUST thinking how I'm so glad not to be trying to fly this week. Realistically though, you should be fine to fly by Friday. I think the conditions are vastly different from that crazy October storm we got a few years back that pretty much shut everything down. We should really be ok. I'm desperately hoping not to lose power!

Wow a lot of Dis'ers have won. I wasn't able to get a enter button today, but then I remembered to refresh the page and I got an enter button and entered fine. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

My part of MA is getting 65-75 MPH winds on Tuesday. My apartment is cold anyway so if the power goes out we will be freezing. Maybe my sister will come rescue us. She has 2 fire places.

ahhhh!!! Im scared to ask, but what are the taxes that are usually paid but he winner?

We're waiting on our 1099 from Disney from our winning trip last year. I'm terrified to see what we owe in taxes!
