It's Back!! 10 boxes of Ronzoni spaghetti for free!!

The Ronzoni pasta was all gone in our store. I bought 5 boxes of Annie's mac n' cheese and 2 bottles of Annie's salad dressing and a coupon printed out at the register giving me another $1.50 off on almost any item on my next visit. I went right back into the store and grabbed one more item and used the coupon.

I went and got my pasta yesterday after dropping DD off at school. My stores had TONS. They even gave me 10cents to take it out of there! I didn't pay ANYTHING!! AWESOME!!

There were 3 different varieties of pasta. Did you check all 3 boxes? If you didn't and you printed the one coupon twice then unfortunately you're out of luck. Try going to a neighbor's house and reprinting them.

BTW, we stopped in at Kroger this morning to buy eggs and the Ronzoni was all restocked.

That's what happens when there is a deal nowadays. Thank the Internet All you can do is hope they restock before Sunday and keep checking back. They could also extend the sale. Remember, those Ronzoni coupons don't expire until April 14th.

Also, the coupons are good anywhere, not just Kroger. So while you may not get them for free at Kroger you can go to Walmart, have them match the Kroger price of 99 cents/box (they won't match the Megasale price if you buy 10) then use your coupons to get them for 50 cents a box. That's still a pretty good price.

My walmarts will match the mega sale price. So they would be free there too.

Thanks, but I found out this is not a national program. The mid-Atlantic states is where the senior reward discounts are most prevelant.

In our store occassionally they offer senior discount coupons at the service desk, but it's not often and it's hit and miss. I thought I was missing something, but it's not available where we live.

I may write to Kroger or speak to our store manager about it. I think's it's wrong that if differs on the time and discount % and even more wrong that all stores don't offer it. I find this quite strange.

Come down (up?) to Indy. Kroger has the senior 5% here. I have no idea what day it is since I don't get it but I see the signs in the store.

Most of the pasta will be given away to the local food bank and friends and family. I have enough coupons to get 70 more free boxes of pasta. I'm going to call the store tomorrow to see if they can order the pasta for me so I won't be clearing the shelves.

My Lucky ad has these 10/$10 this week. Not free but 50¢/each (w/ coupon) is still a pretty darn good bargain.

Kroger's running the same Mega Sale this week too !! That's going to make for ALOT of free pasta !

OOOH, and look on the Smart Taste pasta boxes. In our store, some had the peelie coupons for $ 1.00 off Classico Sauce. Classico is on the Mega Sale for $ 1.99, so w/ the coupon it brings it to 99 cents!! Pasta and sauce for 99cents!!

Also, the Annie's Naturals macaroni and cheese is on the Mega sale....I don't know if you all have tried them, but they're fantastic. They're kind of like Kraft Mac and cheese (in the blue box) only better and healthier for you. they're 49cents each (when you buy 10). They're in the health food section in our store.

On www.coupons.com there's a 50 cent coupon for Kraft Homestyle Mac And Cheese (yummy!!) that you can use w/ the Mega sale to make this item also 49cents. I got some yesterday to tuck away for a rainy day!

That's all I can think of right now.... if I think of any other matchups I'll post them...

I managed to get 10 boxes of the Ronzoni for .19 each (my Kroger had them for .69 each during the mega sale) and had every intention of going back and getting 10 more and then forgot. Has the mega sale ended already??

Yes. Ronzoni was $1.29/box last time I went to the store. The coupons are still good until mid April and they aren't Kroger specific so perhaps another store will have a sale.

Amazingly enough this sale is back on again, with spaghetti on sale at Kroger through 5/7/11 and new coupons from Ronzoni good through 5/31/11, so if any of you missed the last sale here's your chance to stock up. I also saw people with loads of Kraft barbeque sauce, Deer Park water and Propel so there are probably coupons for those items also which bring the cost down to or near $0

To add to those noodles...I found a .50/1 coupon for Ragu pasta sauce. So after the sale it brings it down to .29 a jar. I need to stock up on this. I've been out for awhile. Oh, I found the coupon at The Family Dollar.

Our Kroger doesn't double coupons so some things that are on sale can actually be bought for less at Publix, which does double them. Kroger also has BetterOats Instant Oatmeal on sale for $1/box while Ingles has them at 3 boxes for $2. You really have to pay attention to all of the different sales and ways to save.
