Alison,
I clicked on your D23 Expo trip report about an hour ago and have been reading it. Maybe, I will go to that event one year. Until reading your report, I thought it would not be as fun as you made it look. It looks like you and Fran had a good time despite all the lines and waiting. That dalmation picture is gorgeous. Carsland looks like it is going to rock. We are going to Dl for DS first birthday nest June (probably from the 18th to the 244th). Hopefully, it will be open by then. Otherwise, we may have to go back at the end of summer too.

Try keeping your son up most of the day that way he will start sleeping through most of the night. My son had issue when he was born. Despite what the doctor said we thought he was still hungry. Not saying for you to do this, but we started feeding him watered down baby oatmeal. His symptoms cleared up and her started sleeping through the night.

I hope you get some really good sleep tonight.

Thank you. I hope to sleep too. We are going up without the laptop tonight.

DS does not really sleep much if at all during the day already. Whenever he does fall asleep, he is usually awake minutes later (no exaggeration). It is 2:41pm and he has only slept for less than 20 minutes total, since we got out of bed. The doctor says babies who do not sleep enough can be overtired causing them to actually sleep less. He may be wrong, but mine does not usually sleep any better at night on the rare days when he sleeps more than an hour during the day.

He has been sleeping all right at night for a little bit (with the exception of last night). I am the one who is not sleeping. As I type late at night, he is usually asleep next to me. Since he is a breastfed baby, he does wake up every few hours to eat. Breastmilk is not very heavy, so it does not fill the stomach well. He absolutely will not take any type of bottle at this point (even if it has breastmilk in it). He will be four months old on 10-21-11. I cannnot wait to start feeding him oatmeal and baby food. Hopefully, he learns to take a bottle before our cruise on 12-08-11.

Alison mark the day you started cooking and see how long before you have to cook anymore.

The problem is that I am going to be sick of all this food and will want to eat other things, like maybe fish or a cheeseburger! :rotfl2:

The Expo is really a lot of fun, you get some great information and meet lots of really neat people who also love Disney.

You might have to go twice, it sounds like they are a little behind on opening Carsland (although it is still quite a ways away.) Fran wants to be there opening day! :scared1:

We are so excited to see Carsland. Dl started the construction a little over three years ago while we were there. It will be four years from when we learned about it before we can enjoy it. That is too long, so we are hoping it will be ready by 06/23 at the lastest. Alison mentioned they are behind schedule (which only says summer 2012 without a month). That means it will not likely open in June.

Floatiness......just finished massage and a chiro adjustment. Need to drink lots of water today.

But it is lunchtime. Gonna make myself a ham and cheese toastie.....wish I had some of your roast beef or turkey over here!

I know I was hoping that she was kidding, but she assured me on Sunday as we looked at the constructions from Mickey's Fun Wheel of Death that she wanted to see all the hoopla and opening ceremonies.

Wish I could join you on opening cermonies....but I know I'll probably be living vicariously from your pix.
