Also, I have pictures to post from the zoo today, but I really need to get to bed shortly (I have to be there at 9am tomorrow ), so I'll put them up tomorrow

No discussion of environmentalism...I only mentioned it in that it is a key feature of the movie...which means disney have selected an interesting movie.
I also miss the connection to Disney or animal kingdom.

I don't see it as the same as cars as those are movies created in a Disney/pixar environment. The was never ever a Disney connection to avatar that I know of. It was not created by Disney.

I actually saw this at the cinema in 3d...it's not a bad film. And it isn't heavy if you don't 'want' it to be. But I just found it quite flat....

Yes, at Ross I checked the bus times, and I can get there in less than an hour on a different route (at least tomorrow), so yay

We were at a bit of a loss as to what to do today until the boss came back from a meeting so we went out to Lunch today. (There is an official office paid for one on Friday )

Went to an asian restaurant but no photo taking opportunity...
We went elsewhere for Dessert though which I took a photo of...

I won't explain it....but rather see if any of you know what it is....the contents....and what kind of store it came from...

I would say Vietnamese 3 bean 3 colour ice mix???
The alternative is Malaysian Ice Kacang...but the pure version wouldn't have that orange canteloupe??? in it.

Malaysian Ice Kacang is what one of my friends said. I've NEVER heard of it.
This is from a Taiwanese style dessert place.
There are Taro Balls (which the orange ones are too really) with red bean, peanuts and pearls. With Shaved ice.
One of my workmates got a mango shaved ice dessert which also had the orange "balls" but it didn't taste like mango

Well, the pure Malaysian Ice Kacang (which translates to "nuts") consists of red adzuki beans, (canned) creamed corn (It really does!! ), palm seeds, black grass jelly, shaved ice with red rose syrup, palm sugar and evaporated milk over it. The deluxe version would include Ice Cream and Jello/jelly on top of it.



A canteloupe by any other rock melon would taste just as sweet.

That dessert looks so good right now! DH loves to try unusual things and I usually let him go first and then sample after.....

Chilly and damp here this morning and pollen is so bad that even those of us without allergies like me have stuffy noses and headaches. Guess the good vacation karma has worn offffffffffffff....

They said it's a maximum of eighteen hours a week, so I'm going to continue to cultivate multiple options (I can't apply for another position within the company until I've been there six months). So, I'm not sure how many hours I'd be working, but I'll definitely be around

And yes, date #2 went well I actually only have one picture of me and him, the other pics are all of the animals at the zoo We both really like how this is going so far.
