Thanks for the best wishes. I think it's muscles in my arm and shoulder. It's a general ache at times and ok at other times.

Thanks PIO for the link to the bircher recipe. How come you use plain yoghurt. The ones I've had at buffet breakfasts is usually purple...like a blueberry or wildberry flavour? Although not a strong flavour.

Just thinking of maybe trying the wildberry??? Haven't had a chance to go get some jalna and cinnamon yet...it's my missing ingredients

Otherwise I'll go with the honey one...

You can use any flavour yoghurt you like. We just prefer it plain and then add fresh fruit. I think some of the flavoured yoghurt is just.....flavoured, with extra sugar.

The other way to get the blue/purple colour is to add frozen blueberries to it. It'll colour up overnight.

This is one of the few places to play on a Segway in Australia....that white elephant called "Sydney Olympic Park"....
They actually let you go top speed!!

hmmm....that particular occasion resulted in a terse conversation as telecommunications in the UK is 'regional'. The radios used by emergency services have 4 different SIM cards in them so they pick up on whatever service they have in the area. So in conjunction with crap reception.....and him leaving his phone in another room for 2 hours....I didn't hear from him until 1am my time...
given his previous message had said "more soon" .... I wasn't impressed...

Things are tough....lots of stress on both sides...long distance is hard...but he's still my sweetie

Well I just got caught up, I have slept for the last 16 hours. I did not have any internet on saturday. We went out of town and I did not have any computer except the ipad and I did not have my plug and I had had 46 percent so I was trying to conserve my battery. I am just now waking up. So I have stuff to share. I need my coffee first. Hope everyone is good.

Yes, he met my mom on Saturday and briefly talked to my dad (like, for about a minute). My mom seems to like him, and my dad is apparently withholding judgment until he gets to talk to him more, or at all. I joked with my dad about how at least one of his kids is dating someone "normal" My brother's girlfriend is a somewhat-vegan punk rock girl who tends to not use deodorant and has numerous psychological issues, and my sister's boyfriend is lazy, blind in one eye from a childhood accident, and let my sister go through her savings to support them instead of getting a job. My dad doesn't like either of them.

Friday's actually just orientation, but I still don't see why it's at 6pm on a Friday I'm hoping I got the time wrong, especially now that I found out that one of my favorite singers is going to be in town on Friday night and he NEVER comes to Chicago. If it is on Friday night, then I hope I'm off on Saturday, since my best friend said that she was willing to drive down to Decatur to catch his other show.

Good morning, ok I am going to put up pics from Yosemite first. Some of them may not be so good as we were on a group tour and they dont always stop so its snap as you go. We stopped a few. One guy who was a pro in pics had his camera on the tripod waiting for the cloud cover as to not get glare in the pics. Thought it was just me. Good thing to know.

We went up there on a whim so I had no way to load pics or plug in my ipad. But we stayed the night at the Nugget. Upon arrival we were driving into the valet and it was filled with nothing but motorcycles for VIP parking. The place was loaded with them and the police were well in force. Not sure what was going on. We checked in and looked out the window and yikes the parking lot was full as well. Later on in the evening we drove downtown and streets were closed as well for the motorcycles as well. We drove by the Sands hotel and I had to stop and get a pic of the parking lot. Holy moly the parking lot was wall to wall. No wide angle lens and no place to stand to get a higher picture of it all. So when you see the pics just imagine in your mind the whole parking lot full. We we went back to our normal hotel we were talking to an officer and she was explaining how there were shootings inside the hotel on friday night between the Vargas and Hells angels. It happend at the Trader Dicks resturant inside. It is wide open into the casino area. It all started with a brawl at the Silver Legacy on the floor of the casino and then went to the shooting at our hotel. The leader of the Hells Angels was shot and killed in there. That was an odd feeling. They even had the swat team there. They delcared a state of emergency after the shooting. They call it Street Vibes which they do every year. Never saw a swat team tried to get a pic but was not quick enough. But here are the pics of bikes.

I love Tigger as well. It was my What Time is It thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2788583&page=10, so I'll save you the searching time. That Bell cannot be un-rung now. There is no way I can look at my old Tigger again without thinking about it. He is dirty now.

This explains everything for me. I'm sorry you had such an experience.
