Well, only 2 days to go till we're off!!!

I don't know how much time I'll have to log-on before we go and I didn't want to go without thanking everyone here for all their advice and support over the past few weeks - I feel really at home here, and feel as though I've made some good friends.

Just got me last minute housework to do.... and do the last of the packing. Leaving for Edinburgh Saturday morning at 3.30am - flight at 6.30, then from Heathrow to Chicago at 10.35, then Chicago to Orlando at 4pm, arriving 7.38pm. Long day....but soo worth it.

It's been a few days since we heard from you - I kinda guessed you must be busy preparing for the BIG day. Anyway, have a great holiday and tell Mickey we're on our way.

We might well cross paths at some time in the next couple of weeks so if you hear or see a large party of Scots with two particularly tall (boy and girl - both 6'2") teenagers you might guess it's us so feel free to say hello. Might never happen of course but I've been amazed with the number of friends and acquaintances I've met in MK not realising they were there.

Have a good flight and hopefully the car situation will turn out OK .
