I was listening to a Buffalo Radio Station this morning (because they play Christmas music already ) And I heard a commercial for macy's that said 10-15%off??

Tell me I mis-heard!!! Tell me you guys aren't waking up at ridiculous hours to get 15% off at Macy's!!!!

Yes we are nuts. But at my mall 90% of our stores were having 60% off sales.

I just got back... We got up at 4:45 and left at 5am

We got to Best Buy at 5:15 and it had already opened and it was overflowing so there was a line TO GET IN A STORE THAT HAD ALREADY OPENED about 10 minutes later they let us in and then we started shopping. We got what we wanted (some games for my brother and and then me and my dad went to the Target next door which opened at 6:00 and it was 5:45 well my mom waited in the line with my brother at Best Buy which went across the whole store and down the store and back again the line to get into Target which me and my dad were in was winding around the parking lot and was humongous there must have been at least 2'000 people in that line we finnally got into Target grabbed what we wanted got in a large line to check out which took us 50 minutes checked out then my mom and brother checked out finnally and we went to Office Depot since my dad wanted to get a present for my brother there got in line there which was empty they also had free food and we left then we went to Kohls got some things there and got in a 1 and a half hour line well in that line me and my mom went shopping for non christmas presants got lots of clothes gave it them to my brother and dad they checked out then we went to Fred Myers got somethings there and one of my cousins presants then checked out which took 45 minutes then we went to Big 5 decided not to get anything there then left then we went to Joes got my dad some presants left there and then we finnally went home but all and all we got lots of stuff and i'm almost done with my Christmas shopping my Grandma called and said we were apparently on the news running into Best Buy which we didnt know about but all and all we had a good Black Friday but sadly there were no fights over toys which i love seeing

While it's technically not Black Friday here, the traffic and crowds are ridiculous. It could half be because:

A) Even though there is really no Black Friday in Canada, it still kind of tips off the Christmas shopping season.
B) Kids were out of school today for curriculum support day.

Anyhoo, the traffic was bad and there was really bad lineups in AE. I waited for like 10 minutes just to see if a giftcard I got in the mail had money on it.

I can't believe I forgot to tell ya'll my Black Friday story from last year.

Well, me and my dad were resting after eating all that turkey, and my mom had went to WalMart to get a couple deals, and found out about this really nice TV for cheap cheap. But people were already lining up and it was 10 PM on Thanksgiving! There was only 7 TV's and you had to put your name on a list and wait there all night. So my mom wrote her name down then called us to join her. So alll night long we wondered around WalMart, playing in the breakroom, and messed around in layaway. Finally at 5 AM we got the dang TV and went home and crashed. It was fun spending the night at Wal Mart. =)

Well today we woke up about...4 and got out at 5. We bought all kinds of stuff but Wal Mart was dead! And they didn't have many good deals so we went to BestBuy, the mall, and a few other little stores. We ended up with a bunch of stuff, but the day wasn't as fun as it normally is.

I just got back from more mall shopping we didnt go to the mall at 12:00am today do to i wasnt feeling that well but we just got back from the mall and let me tell you it was packed there were lines to get into Coach since the store was overflowing etc. we were there for 4 hours and only went to 4 stores well today was a sure long black friday and i'm extremely tired since weve been up since 4:45
