I just saw the following on the rehab page:

it's a small world" - MAJOR REHAB, 5/1/04 - 3/18/2005

Does this mean the attraction is closed or that we'll visitors will just be slightly inconvenienced?

This is one of my 4-year-old daughter's favorites.

I would say it's going to be closed. Usually things are during rehab.

It was originally scheduled to close from June until March but now the official site says May 2nd, 2004 until Spring 2005.

It will be closed and although I will be bummed to not be able to see it when we were there in July, it has been in need of a rehab for quite some time.

It appears that today was the last day for Small World. I was on the Disney Railroad train at Magic Kingdom today, and the engineer made the announcement that everyone should see Small World today, as it will close for about a year starting tomorrow (Sunday May 2). :(

Small World is a favorite of my family, we will miss it!

Due to the length of the rehab, we are going to miss it on our May trip and our March 05 trip

Drat!

:(

Don't ya just hate that!!

I was just on it Friday and it needs some work, but many things at the parks needed work.

I'm hoping that it'll get done ahead of schedule and will reopen for our trip next year (late Feb/early Mar) FINGERS CROSSED!!!!
