It's A Small What's On Your Mind Thread After All

I'm not a classic book fan, but To Kill a Mockingbird is one of my favorite books ever. MY MOM'S NEVER READ IT.

I actually haven't read it, either :/

I'm working my way through a bunch of classic books I haven't read yet. I read Pride and Prejudice the first day of summer, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest last Wednesday or so, and I'm reading more modern books along the way, too.
it's the only interesting part of my summer.

My mom needs to back off. She's trying to tell me I need to spend all my babysitting money on college. Umm, no. My hair looks like crap and I need to dye it.

And as far as working and school: how am I going to do my homework if I'm working?

It was my favorite part of sophomore year!

These are my favorite things ever.

I have a bunch of classic books on my nextbook that I've been meaning to get to reading...

That book really can't be that bad... I read pretty much every Chuck Palahniuk book and American Psycho when I was 14.

Apparently she deleted the second book, not the first one. She read the first one from an actual book and bought the second one to the kindle. I don't know though, the movie was rated R. :confused3

I tried to read the first one and it bored me.

I only wanted to read it because my dad told me I reminded him of the main character...

I've never liked the idea of parents censoring what their kids read. My mom never did it for me, but she does it for my brother and it makes me pretty mad.
