We walked through the hub and over to the Liberty Square bridge for more Castle photos. This was when DH started making cracks about 500 Castle pictures. I told him this was the first time I had seen the Castle at night so shush....but not as nicely as that. DH shushed. He didn't realize and told me to snap away. And I did.

After I pulled myself away from the beautiful Castle, we headed over to Adventureland. I only have one picture from that.

We went on the Jungle Cruise. It was much better since it was at night. We had about a 15 minute wait. Not too bad. Our CM was funny and witty and he is what made the ride. I think it's worth trying at night. Sadly no pictures.
We headed back over to Liberty Square since it was almost time for the first Spectro at 9PM and our Liberty Tree Tavern ADR at 9:20PM. We didn't want to get stuck and not able to get over there.
We checked in early at 8:50 thinking we would get a table early. Not quite. It was a long wait but it was crowded. I was amazed at the people who were being turned away.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of LTT. Very colonial. I love anything that is slightly historical.

I was able to see some Spectro as we were still waiting when it went by.

I stopped watching at this point and sat on a bench because I wanted to see the rest of the parade at 11PM. As I was watching, I did get a little teary eyed. I'm just an ol' sap.
We were finally called in at 9:40PM. We were brought into one of the back rooms. I really enjoyed this meal. There was a nice family of 5 sitting next to us and the little girls were just as excited as I was for Colonial Minnie to come out and greet us!
These beauties were in the dining areas.

Chip came over first, followed by our delicious salad!

Our yummy rolls with honey butter.

Dale made his way over next.

Then Goofy. After I saw this picture, I made sure to tell DH to take two pictures from now on incase of closed eyes!

The Roast Beef was so good. We had seconds of only that. THe only complaint I have from LTT is the table was too small to hold all the platters and drinks! We didn't really like the ham either but neither of us are huge ham eaters so there you go.

Minnie! The whole reason I booked this dinner, Colonial Minnie. She was very sweet and I just adored her!

DH was sandwiched in the booth and this was the only character he got up for.

Apple Cobbler with Ice Cream. This was good but this was about all we ate, we were stuffed from the other yummy food.

We ended up buying two of the LTT mugs. On the menu they were listed at $8.19 but they only charged us $5 each. I was so excited. I really enjoy drinking out of the mugs.
I was trying to finish up our second day but I have run out of steam. With all the pictures to link up, it takes forever! Hopefully the next update will finish up our first full day!
