It's a Jolly Holiday with LL. *FINISHED* Final Update on pg. 58.

Awww...I feel bad. And can't offer any advice...I think you know why...you've all seen my shoe drama!

Heidi makes a valid point, though. How is the fit exactly?

Where are they tight....by your toes or by your heels?

Hmm, it's questionable since the flippies wouldn't have adjustable straps at all. :sad2: :confused3

The straps are velcro and they just don't extend far enough over my feet. I can velcro them but they are too tight on the tops of my feet. The strap that goes closes to my toes is not adjustable and feels fine. It is the adjustable ones that are too tight. Make sense?

Oh, yes! Then I think the flippies would probably work. The straps seem about the same as on your others. :goodvibes

CURSE MY FAT FEET!!!

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!

No. I am not a sheep.

My beautiful Yosemite Pink Earth Shoe Sandals don't fit because of my FAT FEET! Ugh. I am developing a complex.

Goodbye my precious.

:::sigh:::

The straps are way too short to accomadate my foot, which makes me laugh since I am a size 11, you think they would make the straps a little bigger. They are uber comfy except for the straps.

My question to all of you is....do you think the sandal below would be better strap wise?? Should I exchange? I don't want to try size 12 in the ones I have because length wise they are perfect.

:confused3

Flippies might work, but I'd be afraid of tightness across the top of the foot. With flips you wouldn't be able to adjust them.

I'd also check to see if they make a men's sandal in the same style. A lot of times they are virtually exactly the same, but will give you the extra room across the ball of the foot. You wouldn't be able to get pink, but alot of times they'll have nice blues. I know a men's 7 equals about a size 8-9 woman's.

I made some Disney related purchases this weekend and have just now got around to taking pictures and posting.

My arch support socks. I went with two kinds. Hanes and Danskin.

My artsy toilitry picture. Note how the ointment is spilling out of the little first aid kit.

A bad overexposed picture of my cute as a pixie notebook for my TR notes.

A cute shot of my kitties. Can you tell that we haven't had the windows open in awhile since we have been using the AC a lot?

Here are some cute shots of my new Vera Bradley messenger bag.

Inside. I have been using it to and from work. I love it. I think it will be perfect for WDW.

Okay..as I was proof reading my post, I noticed the picture on the back of the book. :lmao: It's a mystery novel I haven't started yet, the picture just made me laugh. Hehehe.

There you have it! I do want to get a new wallet for my VB bag and the trip. So far I have been able to hold out and not cave in. :rolleyes1

"Love the bag, love the shoes, love the dress, love everything."

Sorry, I just had to pull out a movie quote.

I love the Vera Bradley bag! It looks awesome! And like it's comfy as well. That Tink notebook is adorable as well.

Thank you, thank you. I thought I did remarkably well on my purchases.
The Vera Bradley bag is awesome and comfy and very lightweight. :thumbsup2

Cool pictures -- love the artistic setup of the toilettries!!! :thumbsup2

Where did you find your Tink notebook?

What's the title of the book? I am a sucker for mysteries!

Love, love, love the Vera Bradley bag! I am going to order the mini hipster in Cafe Latte when I get paid again.

I found Tink at Wal*Mart! Woo Hoo!! That was the ONLY Disneyfied one I could find. The horror!

The book is "Bubbles Unbound" the first in a series by Sarah Strohmeyer. She's the author I have been reading lately that I just adore. I guess this Bubbles series is the one that made her popular.

Love the back! Love the Tink notebook!

Love the kitties under the blinds! :rotfl:

Looks like it was a very productive shopping weekend. :thumbsup2

I shall be browsing down the notebook aisle during my weekly trip to Walmart! :rolleyes1

I can't remember if I have read any of the Bubbles books -- I don't think I have -- I think my mom did though -- you'll have to let me know how it is.

I am reading complete brain candy right now -- it's called How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls, and I have laughed several times already.

It was! I love shopping for Disney. I have very few things left on my MUST BUY list.
My kitties were loving that the windows were open, it's been so humid though that the windows were just not cutting it.

I love her other books so I have high hopes for Bubbles. Sometimes you need brain candy. It's nice to just "zone" out on a funny book.

Love all the stuff. The bag is adorable. Good choice!:thumbsup2 \
Thank you very much. :goodvibes

I love the kitties in the window. My cat does the same thing... except that sometimes my cat doesn't have the best coordination so he will try to jump up and get under the blinds and instead hit the blinds and come tumbling back down  ... and for the record cats don't always land on their feet.

I also love the Tink notebook. I've been looking to get a notebook just like that. I've seen quite a few at the dollar store (they have everything there!) but I'm personally holding out hoping for an Eeyore one since he's my favourite.
