It's a Jolly Holiday with LL. *FINISHED* Final Update on pg. 58.

Bea Witch... :lmao:

I've got a breakfast scheduled at 1900 Park for January. I just do not have enough days to schedule all the dinners we want to enjoy!
I felt the same way about this trip!

LL---I just went over to Allears and read the blog about the HM---OMG!!!! I have LOVED the new attic room, but didn't realize all that was in there---I can't imagine how you would notice or see all of that!!! I so want to go back right now and go through that ride like a zillion times to see it!!!! I now wish the attic was the room Kristi and I got stuck in for a few minutes during our trip in June!!!!
It was really awesome. I noticed a lot but not near all of it.

Hmmm I may have to think about it. My only thought about the character meals, is that being by myself I won't really be able to get any pictues of myself with them. I have awhile to deceided at any rate. :)
One of the character handlers took a pic of DH and I at a character meal. I am sure you could ask. I also saw a lot of waitress/waiters taking pics, I am sure they are used to it.

You should really think about taking the Keys to the Kingdom tour one day. They point out all kinds of nifty details like this.
I plan too someday. There is just never enough time to fit everything in!

I missed this yet again this year. :sad1: I have made a promise to myself that I will catch it next year. Of course then I'll have a new President to see.
They are closing the Hall of Presidents down from Nov. 1 - July something (I can't remember) Isn't it crazy that it takes that long to update?!

I do the same thing. I like being able to write out the entire day, put in the photobucket links, and then cut it down into separate days. Works pretty well.
I think I might have to try that.

I feel the same way about the skyway after hearing that story when I was a CM...never really can look at it the same way. I hope they do something with that building, it's so lovely. Sometimes they have characters up there - I had my picture taken with Aurora a few years ago.

I love all the light fixtures too...one of my favorite things about TRs is seeing the little details that other people notice! It just amazes me how many little things I have never picked up on.

Fun update! If you are looking for fun Disney books...don't forget Kingdom Keepers. Part two just came out 3 weeks ago. I read it during our trip.

I just got my copy of that last week -- as soon as I finish Breaking Dawn, that is next on my list!

LL, I am going to comment on your latest update later this evening when I can give it my undivided attention -- I did love scrolling through the pics though!

It really is very pretty. I love looking at the Skyway.
Isn't it funny what others pick up on?

I saw those books being advertised on one of the Disney Channels while down there. I will have to check them out!

Of course! :goodvibes

Phew, just caught up.

Looks like you guys got all the rain before we arrived. I arrived on the 1st and had clear skies through the whole trip.

I just started my own trip report. It's funny, you took all these pictures of stuff and I focused on taking pictures of people only. I may have to steal a few pictures of stuff I missed, lol.

I haven't decided if I'll buy the photopass cd yet. We only have 35 pictures so it's not really worth it, and the prints are waaaay too expensive. I may just buy a couple prints and leave it at that.

It's probably better to buy the prints in your case. I am going to head over and read your TR now! :goodvibes

I will never look at the old SkyWay the same way after reading Realityland.

Who is the author of this book? I would really like to read it. Sounds really interesting!

I especially love the way the lights reflect from the ceiling. You will never look at Disney light fixture without thinking of LL. Muhahahaha!
I am! When I'm there in Dec I'll be pointing them out to DBF saying "I'm going to kill that LL" :rotfl:

We ended up buying the Special Event Music CD
What is on that CD you purchased? Is it music from the parks?

The author is David Koenig. It's really good!

Hehehe, you will be amazed at all the different varieties of light fixtures too!

The Special Events CD is music from the different parties they have. I haven't even listened to it yet!

Oh I'm mad. I asked if they had a CD from MNSSHP and they said no. (which of course made me question that I couldn't have been the only genius to come up with this idea). Think they have it on Amazon?

Thanks!

You'll have to let me know how it goes. I might have to pick it up in December! :thumbsup2

I don't think they do. If I had a CD burner, I would burn you a copy but alas my computer is crummy. Maybe you could contact Disney Shopping. I read somewhere that if you didn't get to buy something in the parks there is a phone number you can call and they can ship it to you.

Thanks!

I will. I have heard that it is good and I can't wait to listen to it!

I found it online! Of course I became obsessed about getting it now that I read your post. Laughingplacestore has it so guess what my DD will be getting for her birthday?!?! She was so disappointed that they didn't have it. She bought the Wishes CD but really wanted the "boo to you" song.

And yes, you are right. Disney Merchandise will send you something from the parks if you call and ask.

That is so awesome!! Do you know if there is a CD with the Spectromagic music on it?

I just wanted to let everyone know that there won't be an update tonight, instead I am uploading all of my pictures to Flickr. I have had it with stupid photobucket. It stinks.

Hopefully I will get to an update tomorrow. :goodvibes

Good plan hopefully Flickr will work better!!:goodvibes

I went to the Disney Store last night, and has anyone seen the cute reusable shopping bags that they are selling now?? I got a cute "Nightmare before Christmas" one to go with the cute Sally shirt I picked up there for 5 bucks... They would make great trick or treat bags.

The ghost we had in our Doom Buggy on the way out was not in the best position as it looked like he was doing something inappropriate to me. DH got a kick out of it and I shushed him since there were little kids around!

:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: Okay, this is cracking me up!!! I can only imagine!!! Which makes me laugh harder when I think about all the inappropriate things the hitchhiking ghosts could do to guests in the Doom Buggy!!! :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

I must get Realityland -- I am putting it in my amazon cart right now!

I love that you took so many photos of the light fixtures -- I never really noticed them before! You're right -- I will now think of you when I notice them! :goodvibes

It was also very neat about the buildings slowly changing -- another detail I never really noticed -- Walt and his Imagineers are such geniuses!
