It's a Jolly Holiday with LL. *FINISHED* Final Update on pg. 58.

I actually started making a list of what ADR's I want for 2010 today.
Of course you can! Ask away.

And I thought I was bad with my list for December 2009! I'm so glad I'm not the only addicted one. I've been arguing with myself over how stupid I'd feel at a character meal by myself. :)

I just spent an hour.

AN HOUR.

Working on my next update.

Photobucket crashed and took my update with it.

I am beyond angry.

:headache: :headache: :headache: :headache:

I don't know if I have it in me to try again tonight.

*Pout*

We'll be here whenever your ready!

Yes, at least you aren't as bad as I am. :lmao: I think you would be fine at a character meal by yourself. It's Disney! Which one do you want to go too?

Yeah, I am still too mad to try again tonight. Maybe tomorrow morning if not, after work for sure. :thumbsup2

I'm not sure. I want to have a meal at the GF. I was thinking of tea originally, but after some research I'm not sure I'm really going to like most of the sandwiches that they offer. I hate mayo, and most of them seem to involve mayo. I was thinking I may like a meal at the Park Fare with Cinderellas stepsisters. I think it would be a hoot.

I've been a bit impartial to the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine since they called me that weird reading girl while dressed as Belle at MNSSHP last year.

You will LOVE the meal at Park Fare---the Stepmother and Stepsisters make the meal---hilarious!!! AND the food is good!!!

Thanks CP! You will just have to stay tuned for some of the stories. ;)

You keep adding to it! Now there are more stories that I want to hear because there are more pics!!! :rotfl:

Tea or 1900 Park Fare sounds like fun -- we have done breakfast there but not dinner.

I've heard great things about them at 1900 Park Fare. I was hoping to run into them at the Park but we didn't.

I have been leaning more towards dinner because I would love to see them. It's on the 2010 list! :rotfl2:

Don't laugh too hard -- I have a 2010 list started already, too (for Chelsea's 13th so I have some special ideas swirling)! :lmao:

I just noticed that your DH has a fez picture!!! :rotfl:  I'll have to show Connor that one!

I love the fez picture! It was so fun. I have another picture coming up on a different day that I took in honor of your family. :goodvibes

Day 2. Part 3.

Let's try this again....stupid photobucket.

As the raindrops slowly fell, we decided to get some cover for a bit. We headed into Mickey's Philharmagic. I questioned if it was even open because there wasn't a single person in line. A CM was being quite chatty with another guest and I guess I paused so long because she finally told me to go inside. There was absolutely no one in the queue inside so I took the oppurtunity to take a few pictures.

Or one. The CM at the door told us that we better get moving since the doors were about to close. I love the posters in the queue but didn't get a chance to take anymore pictures. Oh well. I did manage to get this one very quickly before I went inside to sit.

We had some time to take two very unflattering pictures of each other in our 3D glasses. Sorry, they are hideous, they will not be shared. The seats in the theater were very comfortable and roomy. The theater wasn't crowded at all so no one was around us but we think that even if the theater was at capacity the pooh sized crowd would sill be very comfortable.

We both really enjoyed Mickey's Philharmagic. DH had never seen it before and it is my favorite since my last trip. I think it's just so well done.

We decided that we had our fill of Fantasyland for now and moved over to Liberty Square. Here are some pictures of walk. I had read in the Imagineers guide (I think) about the buildings getting more "Liberty Square-ish" as you got closer to the Square. I paid attention and it really is neat how the buildings in all the lands don't drastically change.

I will never look at the old SkyWay the same way after reading Realityland. It is very pretty though.

The wait posted for Haunted Mansion was 10 or 15 minutes so we decided to hop on. Boy, do they make those CM's look creepy! We ended up walking right into the stretching room with no wait at all.

The turnstiles at HM were very tight for the both of us. We both had to go in sideways. It's worth struggling to go through them though. I don't remember all the details of HM to notice all of the new details from the refurbishment. I can tell you that I absolutely adored the Attic Room. I don't want to give away too many details in case people want to be suprised when they go but it was my favorite part of the ride. We were able to ride in a Doom Buggy together and were very comfy. No squished at all. DH has a longer torso so his head was poking out a bit but nothing too bad. I had never noticed that on anyone before. The ghost we had in our Doom Buggy on the way out was not in the best position as it looked like he was doing something inappropriate to me. DH got a kick out of it and I shushed him since there were little kids around!

After HM, we headed over to Hall of Presidents. We were able to walk right in for the 10:30 show. We probably were about 10 minutes early for the show.

I especially love the way the lights reflect from the ceiling. You will never look at Disney light fixture without thinking of LL. Muhahahaha!

The seats in the theater were fine for both of us. I really enjoyed Hall of Presidents since I hadn't seen it since I was a child and DH had never seen it. I love all the details of the Presidents. My favorite one was Ronald Reagan. He sits with his leg crossed over his knee and every so often his foot would shake just a bit. It reminded me of myself in a meeting at work, just wanting it to be over. Hehehe.

After Hall of Presidents we went over to Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe. Oh, how I love Christmas! We ended up buying the Special Event Music CD and a Lilo and Stitch Christmas ornament.

This was going to be a multiple page update but since I am at work, I am going to keep it at one page. Hopefully I can do another one tonight.

Great update---love all the building pics!!! The detail is SO great----but what is the story with the Skyway??!?!?!?!?!?! MUST KNOW---DO TELL!!!!!

BTW---I would definitely add dinner at 1900 Park Fare for your next trip---SO WORTH IT!!!! And GF Cafe is really good too!!!!!! Very Romantic!

You girls have me so tempted to jump on the wagon and read the Twilight series with you-----how is it like/not like Harry Potter? I once heard it compared to that---just want to know!!!!

Are you not writing your updated in Word? You can even copy and paste the photobucket links in Word before you bring it over to your reply post. I find that the DIS times out for me after a half hour.

I'm SO looking forward to the HM updates. I just read something recently about the more intricate details to look for in the Attic and can't wait to check them out.

I also really need to pick up Realityland.

Can't wait to hear more!!!

(ahem,THREEDAYS!!!,ahem)

A CM was pushed out into the air hanging onto one of the trams, luckily when she fell, one of the fantasyland buildings broke her fall before she hit the ground. Another time a cleaning crew CM was pushed out, hanging onto it and he wasn't so lucky. He was killed. Realityland is a great book and you should read it.

It's different from Harry Potter and I am not sure how to describe it. It's a little bit darker and a little more grown up. Anyone else that can help me out? I'm at a loss.

I have never had a problem just writing them on the DIS. Maybe I should start doing that.

I read that too over on allears and it just made me appreciate the Attic even more.
You should pick up Realityland. It's really good and I like that it is not too sugar coated but not jaded either, I think it's a fair book.

I can't believe you only have three days! You are so lucky!

Bea Witch... :lmao:

I've got a breakfast scheduled at 1900 Park for January. I just do not have enough days to schedule all the dinners we want to enjoy!

LL---I just went over to Allears and read the blog about the HM---OMG!!!! I have LOVED the new attic room, but didn't realize all that was in there---I can't imagine how you would notice or see all of that!!! I so want to go back right now and go through that ride like a zillion times to see it!!!! I now wish the attic was the room Kristi and I got stuck in for a few minutes during our trip in June!!!!

You will LOVE the meal at Park Fare---the Stepmother and Stepsisters make the meal---hilarious!!! AND the food is good!!!

Hmmm I may have to think about it. My only thought about the character meals, is that being by myself I won't really be able to get any pictues of myself with them. I have awhile to deceided at any rate. :)

We both really enjoyed Mickey's Philharmagic. DH had never seen it before and it is my favorite since my last trip. I think it's just so well done.

I love Philharmagic. I love that it's really all about Donald, as he's my main duck!

You should really think about taking the Keys to the Kingdom tour one day. They point out all kinds of nifty details like this.

The wait posted for Haunted Mansion was 10 or 15 minutes so we decided to hop on. Boy, do they make those CM's look creepy! We ended up walking right into the stretching room with no wait at all.

It must be kind of neat to be a HM CM. You don't have to be overly cheerful when your having a bad day. If I ever worked in a park, I always thought I'd want to work at the Tower of Terror though.

The ghost we had in our Doom Buggy on the way out was not in the best position as it looked like he was doing something inappropriate to me. DH got a kick out of it and I shushed him since there were little kids around!

I missed this yet again this year. :sad1: I have made a promise to myself that I will catch it next year. Of course then I'll have a new President to see.

I do the same thing. I like being able to write out the entire day, put in the photobucket links, and then cut it down into separate days. Works pretty well.

I'm pretty sure the Stepmother and sisters would pose with you---they are a hoot!!! You would enjoy it!
