So today is a new day!!
Today...
I will watch what I eat.
I will exercise.
I will have a good outlook on life.
I will take my medication.
I will be strong, but ask for help when I need it.
I will admit that I am not Superwoman.
I will get up and move, however slightly it seems, I know that some activity is better than no activity even if it doesnt feel great today it WILL make me stronger.
