itouch apps

ok i know that some ppl out there have downloaded the new apple apps to their iphone or itouch. well i downloaded some of the free apps but idk how to get to them on my itouch idk if they are even on my itouch bc i cant find them . i also have the newest version for my itouch. plz help

Well you have to have the latest itunes. Make sure you can see you apps by having the applications icon on the sidebar along with movies and music.
then go to your ipod on the top click applications then click sync on the bottm and it should work.
