Looks like a great plan. The only thing I can suggest for your last day is Downtown Disney for a little shopping. OK a lot of shopping. The only other thing I noticed was Rose & Crown. Being from England do you really want to do this or are you just a little curios to see how they're doing? Have a great time. Maine :firefight

Thanks Maine! I was wondering if anyone was going to respond. The only reason I chose Rose and Crown is for the view of Illuminations. My husband is the British one, so I know he will be really interested to see how the food tastes.

Looks great to me!

I second DTD for your last day. Either that, or relax at AKL, you could even go to the pool, they have changing rooms/rest rooms near the pool area so it would be easy change in/out of your suit after you've checked out of your room. Just be sure to have a plastic bag to put your wet suits in!

I also was curious as to why you want to eat at Rose and Crown. Is it for some "home cooking" or to see how us Yanks fry up fish and chips? I could understand wanting home cooking, I was in China for a week once, and at the end of the trip I wound up in Hong Kong. Went to the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner and ordered a burger. After a week of Chinese food (which I love), let me tell you; a cheese burger never tasted SO GOOD!!

Chicago, I am from Chicago and let me tell you I know how you feel about 'home cooking'. We were in Portugal last month and hold your breathe, we went to Hard Rock Cafe. I really needed a fix after so much Portuguese food. Whenever I am 'home' all I want is pancakes and peanut butter and jelly snadwiches. Grape jelly does not exisit in any European country I have been to and I have been to most of them now. ;)

It looks great, except that you seem to be a ton of park touring the couple days before the Marathon. DH is only running the half and we really aren't doing a whole lot the two days before. I think EPCOT for a few hours on Friday night. We will be at EPCOT on Monday too! See ya there!

How early is your breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe? I could be wrong, but I didn't think they opened for breakfast until 7 or 7:30am. If that is the case, I don't think you can have breakfast at WCC and make your Segway Tour for 8:30am.

Other then that, I think your itinerary looks GREAT. :earsboy:

Thanks Karen! My friend Ally pointed that out as well. So, I will fit Whispering Canyon in another day. :flower:

You are not guaranteed a seat outside nor "a special view" on the outside. if you really want a view of Illuminations and being from England, try Mexico (not the resturant, but the sitdown area). For the last 2 times I have booked rose and crown, but the only thing DW would want would be the fish, we can get that with fish and chips.
