We leave TOMORROW!! We're staying at the RPH and will just enjoy the hotel & City Walk on arrival day.
Our "power day" is Thursday. We have a park-hopper ticket, and here's the plan:
At opening time, go to IOA just to go on Spiderman, Hulk and maybe Dueling Dragons. At 10:00 AM (?) or so, go to Universal and spend the rest of the day there.
Take a rest/dinner break and then head back to IOA for HHN.

Do you think that we'll wear ourselves out going back & forth like that? Maybe we should just do Universal in the day and IOA at night, but I kind of thought we'd like to see a little bit of what IOA is like during regular hours, not just during HHN. (Plus we can take advantage of our express privilege during the day and get on Spiderman, etc. quickly, which we won't be able to do at HHN).

I think your plan is fine! I don't think you'll have a problem with lines during the day anyway at this time....you can pretty much do what you want at the parks without waits during the day now, especially on week-days!

Don't worry about wearing yourself out going back and forth, it's only a 5 minute walk from one park to the other, no biggie. We often go back and forth a couple of times in a day! :)

Use the boat transportation to save your feet for your journey back and forth to your resort! ;)

You'll be glad you hit the IOA attractions by day, IMO. See Sinbad during the day as well as Popeye (if you don't mind getting wet) if you're going to HHN on a non-peak night, then they don't run them, I don't think... there are probably other things that won't run on non-peak nights too, so check on those so you don't miss out...

Have fun!!! :)
