Itinerary planners?

July 2005, itinerary planners came with our vacation package. Several months in advance, I emailed them the ADRs I wanted--when and where.

My itinerary planner emailed me my ADRs back. I got all the ADRs I wanted. This was my first trip to WDW and did not realize how special of service I was receiving because I continually read posts of how hard it was for people to get their ADRs.

For example, one of my ADRs was CRT for breakfast at 8:00am. I got the time and date I wanted. We were also seated right by the window sill.

Is this service of itineray planners no longer offered?

This sounds as if you had stayed in a Concierge Service room. There tends to be a special "pool" of reservations held for the Concierges. Also, on the restaurants computer screen it indicates the reservation was made by a Concierge and they will tend to give these people the better seating locations in the restaurant.
