Itinerary mostly ready....Please review and comment

Here's a semifinal cut at the itinerary for our September trip. Would love for folks to look at it, find my errors, and suggest improvements.

Background:

• We are mid 60s Disney fans. Have been coming since our honeymoon in 1982, including living in Orlando for 3 1/2 years.
• We love the parks and rides, but don't like doing commando days. You'll see some hotel relax time every day.
• We are staying at Beach Club.
• Have currently decided to skip the free water park day on day 1, but it is still an option if we "feel it" when we arrive.
• Only planning two sit down meals, and they are at restaurants we particularly like. The rest of the time we'll do quick service or EPCOT Food & Wine items.
