Hey Amazon…(a delivery rant!)

We're one of the few Canadian cities that has an Amazon warehouse here locally. Even so, Prime shipping here is usually two days; very, very rarely is anything ever promised same-day or next day. I made out well with all my Christmas stuff this year; the only thing that hasn't arrived was an item that was marked for arrival between Dec. 23 - Jan. 2. I had hoped for the best but alas, it looks like it will be more towards the end of the delivery window.

We finally cancelled prime earlier this year. Just too many negative experiences with them and their customer service has gotten so bad. Sounds like they overpromised this holiday season. Like why are people paying for prime when Amazon can’t meet their 2 day delivery that they advertise?

My package that was supposed to arrive on the 23rd hasn't shipped yet.
