Does this look ok for an itinerary? With two little ones water parks are not really worth it (we will use the hotel pool) and although we have a park laid out every day as we will not be riding that many of the high thrill rides we are not fussy if we arrive later / leave earlier on some of the days (will not be rushing around) - Not sure if I have chosen enough PS or not although universal or seaworld days we will eat on International drive

Feb 5th Arrive / Settle in / Look at local area
Feb 6th Epcot
Feb 7th MGM - PS Fantasmic H&V Package
Feb 8th Seaworld
Feb 9th Magic Kingdom - See Wishes
Feb 10th IOA - Mainly for Seuss Landing
Feb 11th Magic Kingdom - PM PS Chef Mickey
Feb 12th Animal Kingdom - PS Donalds Breakfastsaurus / PM Magic Kingdom (Simply to see spectromagic)
Feb 13th Epcot - Illuminations PM
Feb 14th AM - Either AK / MGM PM Magic Kingdom PS Liberty Tree Tavern
Feb 15th Universal Studios
Feb 16th MGM - PS Mama Melrose
Feb 17th Epcot
Feb 18th Magic Kingdom - PS Crystal Palace
Feb 19th PM Home

Any helpful suggestions will be appreciated on ways to improve

Hello there,

Well there have been hundreds of posts on these boards about planning your holiday.
Everybody is different and we all have our own ideas and approaches.
Personally looking at your plan and with 2 little one's on board I think you need some rest days.
Is it your first visit?

I agree with what you have said about not rushing and can see that this will help you enjoy your stay all the more, the weather in February should be fine too and certainly not as hot as in the summer months.

For us having toured the parks over several years we tend to just plan our first 2 or 3 days and then just see how we go - if we plan the whole of the trip we will only change it.
We have a 7 year old son, who is Autistic, so all our plans revolve around him really - what we tend to do is arrive early have a break for lunch and then return early evening, usually to a different park, ie MK in the morning MGM in the evening.

Notice you have 3 days for EPCOT, 1 should be enough - World Showcase is ideal for walking round in the evening.
You could possibly combine Universal Studios and IOA on the same day also?

As far as the water parks go I think they are great, much more relaxing than some of the busier theme parks and they are good for kids too - I wouldn't rule them out for your stay particularly if your children love water.

At the end of the day do what suits you best - that's what we have always done.

Mickey,

I would add to Johnny's comment- don't dismiss the water parks as they have great areas for children. My DD who was then 3 had a whale of a time at both TL and BB in the kiddie's play areas.

:) :) :)

Seems really action packed....
I would agree with the comment about Epcot, I think you can easily do this in a day as long as the queues aren't too bad.
Get on Test Track and Mission Space first thing, and you should be alright.
One thing to think about is Fantasmic on the 3rd night. You will still be adjusting to the time difference, so you may be struggling by 8:00pm (and it is a real rat race when it fininshes and the park closes)
Have a wondeful time!!
