My friend and I are attempting to do all 4 parks in 1 day and hit all or most of the headliners. TSMM, R'n'R, ToT, Star Tours in HS, TT, Soarin' Maelstrom, MS, and SE in Epcot, EE, Safari, and Dino in AK, and the mountains, 7DMT, and as many of the classics as we can fit in at MK. Of the things I'm most willing to drop from the list it's Safari, Dino, Soarin' and Spaceship Earth.

This is the plan I currently have, though I am now considering moving AK to second. If it wasn't EMH I almost definitely think I would. With that order we could just take the mono from Epcot to TTC and so it would be one less place we have to drive. I'm just not sure what the lines will be like by 10-11 on an EMH morning. I'm afraid they will have built up too much and I won't have the ability to to pull additional FPs yet. If I prebook at AK, then I am definitley giving up any chance of a Soarin' FP once I get to Epcot.

7:30 - 10 minute opening show then speed walk to TSMM. Then R'n'R, ToT, and Star Tours. Out of the park by 9-9:30. Might hit up GMR if it's closer to 9.

Drive to Epcot.

10:00 - FP Mission Space (9:50-10:50), Test Track Single Rider, SoaT or Figment if there is enough time to do one of them before 11:00.
11:00 - Maelstrom. Soarin' FP (10:50-11:50), Figment of SoaT if time, 11:50 - Spaceship Earth FP. Done with Epcot.

Drive to Animal Kingdom

1:00 - Try to book a 4th FP for Dinosaur or Safari. I'm pretty confident I'll be able to get at least one, if not both. At AK I'm basically going to do as much as I can until 4 or 4:30 and drop whatever we don't get to. Only must do is EE, and we will probably do it a couple of times at least as SR. If there is time: Dino, KS, PW, and possibly Kali but only if there are FPs.

Arrive at MK no latter than 6:30. Rough order of rides is will be Jungle Cruise (6:30), Pirates (7:30), Small World (8:15), Mansion (9:30), BTMR (9:30), Splash (10:00), Pan (10:30) and between 11-1 Space, Buzz, and Mine Train. This is assuming not Fastpasses. But I've been checking between those times every day, and there are always fastpasses left for pretty much every ride.

What do you think? Is it doable? What would you change?

I think you've got it right the way you have it. Driving will save you time over trying to do Disney transportation. If you were to change it and then just miss the monorail from EP to TTC, you'd be "wasting" about 20 min waiting for the next one.

Yikes, I didn't know that monorail ran so infrequently. All I could find was info on the express from TTC to MK which is apparently only a 5 minute ride, and maximum 10 minute wait.
