Iternary Advice on Trip for next week (Mar 1 - 3)

I am looking for some itinerary advice from those who have done late February/early March DW trips before or just have some good knowledge of the crowd trends. I have two days available during Sun. Mar. 1st - Tues. Mar. 3rd to get the most I can out of the 4 parks. I can do extra hours for resort guests and park hopping as well. After studying daily trends per park online (which sometimes contradict their selves!) here is what I have come with.

Sunday - Can swap a day below for Sunday, but no extra hour available.

Monday - Animal Kingdom – 8:00 AM opening (Extra hour)
Magic Kingdom – 8:00 PM closing (must see the fireworks)

Tuesday - Epcot - 8:00 AM opening (Extra hour)
MGM – 7:00 PM closing

I am very familiar with the parks and have been here a few times before, but not during this time of the year which is why I am seeking advice.
