Itemized pricing for groups?

I wasn't sure exactly where to put this, so it's here (feel free to move if necessary). Each year we travel to WDW with grandparents - even years with my parents, odd years with the in-laws. Each year we either get adjoining rooms or a 2-bedroom villa; however, we travel as one unit because it's just easier for us (since I'm in charge of all the planning, it just saves me a lot of headaches).

Every year, Disney has itemized my costs for me so that I can let the grandparents know what everyone pays - some years my sister and her husband come along, so it's supremely handy for each adult to know what s/he is responsible for.

However, this year, I was told both online and by phone that Disney no longer does this -
"While we sincerely appreciate your interest in the various components of our Magic Your Way Packages, individual component prices are no longer calculated. Our reservation system compiles the room accommodation, ticket media and
other options selected by our guests, then presents a total amount."

So, I went back to the website. I can't calculate a room rate because there are no 2-bedroom villas left at BLT (no rooms = no rates available). I can't remember if it's the first 2 adults paying just room rate, then $25 per additional adult or per additional person. I also can't remember at what point park tickets go from full price to that reduced $5-something a ticket. Is it after 3 days? After 4?

Does anyone know of a place where I can get some sort of pricing breakdown? I don't mind looking up each of the components, but with the new website, it's nearly impossible to find anything! Since we're traveling with 3 kids, it's not quite as easy as just dividing the total by the number of people going along.

In the villas there is no extra charge for extra adults, so don't sweat that part. If you're not getting a discount on the room just go to mousesavers and look up the "rack rates" for your dates and you should get an fairly accurate cost. Another way would be to "back out" other costs. You can easily find tickets prices and dining plan prices online. Just back these out of the total and you should get the room cost, or at least a fairly close estimate.

Disney’s Dining Plan – Quick Service Includes 2 quick service meals and 1 snacks, per person, per night Includes 1 refillable beverage mug per person, per stay (refillable only at the home resort) Price is $37.58 per adults and $14.32 per child (age 3-9)

Disney’s Dining Plan – Basic Includes 1 table service meal, 1 quick service meal and 1 snack per person, per night Includes 1 refillable beverage mug per person, per stay (refillable only at the home resort) Table service includes an entrée, dessert, one non-alcoholic beverage (or buffet) Season One: Price is $55.59 per adults and $17.16 per child (age 3-9) Arrivals: Jan 1 – Feb 13, Feb 24 – March 7, April 7 – May 30, Aug 4 – Dec 12 Season Two: Price is $56.94 per adults and $18.16 per child (age 3-9) Arrivals: Feb 14-23, March 8 – April 6, May 31 – Aug 3, Dec13-31

If you booked the package that included the discount tickets, the discount kicked in when you purchased 4 days or more.

I had totally forgotten to check Mousesavers! Also, I wasn't aware that extra people in villas aren't charged the $25 fee, so I had factored that in to our pricing. Oops!

Of course, even after adding up all the tickets, meal plans and room total, there is a good amount leftover that I can't account for - taxes, I guess? Pixie Dust fees? At any rate, thanks again. It made it much easier to give my in-laws a pretty accurate breakdown.

The resoert tax is 12.5% at the resorts, except for All Stars that are 13% as they are in a different county. The tax on the tickets I think is 6.5%.
