Italian Hotel Help

I'm trying to plan a trip to Italy this summer, and there just aren't any DISboards for Florence!

Anyway, I've been before, but I'm a little overwhelmed on trying to pick hotels. I'm looking for a place in Cinque Teree and a place in Florence (we'll be doing a day trip to Siena, so I don't need to be in the center of the city) and also an idea of an hotel close to the airport in Rome.

Any ideas!

I've never been to Italy but I'm planning a trip for next year. I've been buying Budget Travel magazine, and I bought the new issue yesterday. In it they listed this:

"To get the most out of Tuscany at a decent price, try La Bella Toscana (www.labellatoscana.it). This agency specializes in weekly rentals of apartments and cottages at very reasonable rates. Through them I found an apartment in a renovated barn on a wine and olive farm, with views of San Gimignano."

San Gimignano is near Florence, so you might want to give that website a try.

A fried of mine went to Italy a few months ago and stayed at the Grand Hotel Baglioni (at least I think that's what it was called.)

She loved it. The hotel might have their own website, not sure.
