Well folks, a couple of weeks ago I literally went through everything in my closet and drawers and took out the stuff that is too big (ok, I had to keep some of the undies, etc until I could replace them!
) and they were empty!
So this past weekend I talked DH into going shopping with me. Even though I have further to go, I can't go on the cruise naked nor can I go trying to rotate the 3 pair of chinos I have for work at the moment.
It was SO MUCH FUN! I can't remember the last time I had fun shopping for clothes. I could walk into my favorite departments again (Liz Claiborne, Jones New York, etc) in fact just about any store and pull clothes off the rack! DH really helped to zero in on those outfits that looked the best - a good thing because when you're used to buying certain looks it can be hard to switch gears!
DS did go with us (15) and he had a hard to reconciling Mom in some of the looks!
