IT Problems Signing In

Yesterday and again now I cannot get past the login page. I have tried to get to view current reservations and also to book online. I get an error message and when I refresh, the green dino comes on and says I cannot access page but need to call member accounting because of unresolved issue on my account. I pay dues using Disney gift cards in December or January so I'm not past due. We paid cash for our contracts so I don't owe there either.
Any idea what's up or are others getting this message?

I am having the exact same issue and I know we aren't past due either. It has to be an IT issue.

There's been lots of issues all across the Disney systems the past few days. I was told by MS yesterday that IT sent out an email that all was fixed but sounds like that might have been a little premature.

getting this also this morning. ugh. my booking day! It makes it sound like it's MY problem.

Some folks are getting in because the night I wanted is now gone. It must be a certain device. I'm using my PC not my ipad. bummer

OP here. Mine is working fine today. I don't think it's your device. Monday I was on my cell and last night on laptop and neither worked. Hopefully your night will become available. And mine.
