It Pays to Call Back!

Phew! I just spent the last hour cussing words that I am pretty sure would not be allowed here! I had planned my trip around going to La Nouba on a Sunday. When I called to get tickets I found that they are dark then (NOT what my book says) and I flipped and picked Saturday (the day we arrive). Afterward, I realized that that time really disappointed me. That is our arrival afternoon and evening and I wanted to go to MK. The more I thought abot it, the more depressed and upset I became. I called to try to change the date and was told that it couldn't be done. After I hung up, more decidedly un-Disney-like language ensued for awhile. I was REALLY depressed now and I thought I wouldn't enjoy La Nouba thinking that I should have started the trip at MK! Well, I thought I'd try again. I called and was transferred to a Cirque specialist who CHANGED MY DAY! YAY!!!!! Happy, happy, joy, joy. Man. I need some chocolate!

Lesson - If you don't like the answer, call back!

I'm so glad it worked out for you!

3 must be the magic number. I had trouble with an airline before Easter. To make a long story short, I wasn't happy either and it took 3 phone calls to get a refund and a new flight, but it took me from 8 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon. I waited on the phone the last time way over an hour and a half.

I think if they saw me hang up they would forget about me. I hung in there. This was with United airlines.
