Great start! I'll enjoy reading all about your plans. As for the pirate costume being too short, I've seen some VERY unflattering pics of people Tink costumes that were no shorter! But, you do want to be comfortable...

Love the costumes! Glad to hear Grammy can make the pirate one a bit longer-it will look awesome!
