My daughter's counsel sold most for $5, the gluten free (Toffeetastic) and S'mores were $6. It's interesting how different counsels do things, from pricing to how much per box the troop gets and how the sales are managed. Our cookie mom is still a bit frosty that our troop was only offered 1 of the multiple sales locations that our counsel had, and many of the spots were never claimed. She ended up reaching out to a few locations where we sold previously, so we did sell a ton of cookies but the counsel really could have handled it better.
In one of the facebook GS groups there was a ton of backlash with parents, volunteers and leaders asking that the national counsel set rules regarding sales. Simple things like either no limits for online sales (some counsels set limits for how many online sales a scout could have, especially for the Raspberry Rally, other counsels had a free for all where the troop ordered 1000 for local sales, which should have technically not been allowed) and allowing troops to turn off online orders for scout delivery if they had set a specific date to stop accepting individual scout orders- beyond a certain date, the troop couldn't guarantee that the scout could access the cookies and allow them to have on site sales. It's become a real headache. Which reminds me I need to send our cookie mom a thank you of some type, she was amazing.
