Issues with trying to purchase stateroom credit online ?

I'm trying to purchase onboard credit as a "stateroom gift" with a Disney Gift Card for our 12/23 cruise. I get through inputting all the information and then when I get to "place your order" the 'button' won't click.
I've tried in two different browsers with the same result. Anyone else have this issue, or a fix for it? TY

* I ended up doing it through the DCL App, where it just redirected me to the website, but it did go through there even though I was using the same browser as I do on my computer. I don't like doing purchases on my phone because I find the keyboard and my fingers don't get along . For the size of Disney it still always surprises me at how poorly coded their website is.

Can you not put the gift card balance on your cabin?

Worst case: if the DCL website continues not to function: bring your gift card on board and go to Guest Services. They can add it to your onboard account in a few seconds.

The cruise is paid in full so no. The only way you can do that online is to buy credit.

Yeah, we are seasoned cruisers (this will be our 8th Disney cruise). I prefer to not have to wait at guest services for something I can do before hand is all
