I found an article with a bit more information. Link is HERE. Looks like it was a containing wall, the first phase is supposed to take 5 weeks to repair, then who knows. But it appears no issue with moving ships, which is good. 4 weeks until the new locks are supposed to open.

Also, the Wonder Dry dock is still scheduled for Sep-Oct this year.

I saw the title and thought is was with the locks between Port Canaveral and the Banana River.
