Issues with Purex Crystals

Has anyone else had a problem with Purex Crystals not completely dissolving in their wash? I have a HE washer, which have much lower water levels. About every 4th load or so I find Purex Crystals that haven't completely dissolved in the cycles. Found out the hard way when I put the clothes in the dryer and found melted pieces all over the clothing when they came out. Another washing took care of it but now I shake the clothing before drying to make sure there are no undissolved crystals still hanging around.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I use them in my HE washer as well, but I haven't noticed any problems.

This. But I never use more than 1/3 to 1/2 of the provided cup either.
