Issues with Online Check-in at Gran Destino Tower

My husband and I are going at the end of August for our first anniversary. I have the option for Online Check-in, but once I finish putting all of the information in, it tells me Online Check-in isn’t available. Anyone know what’s up?

No idea but it’s brand new and you have plenty of time to let them get the kinks out.

I did mine for October without any problems. Not sure.

Not a big deal , just check in the lobby, MDE has had so many many issues, it’s possible you’ll get the text anyways.

I would try checking in another day. MDE does have it's fair share of issues. If it persisted, I would call direct if you want an answer. But you always do have the option to check in day of in the lobby.

Thanks so much for your help, everyone! Turns out it’s because we haven’t finished paying off our package yet. I know that makes me sound stupid, but in my defense, I’ve never booked with a full package before, learning as I go.

Hmmm....I wonder if something has changed. We've always been able to do Online Check In even if our package hasn't been paid off yet. As recently as this past May.
