Issues with Disneyland package shipping?

So I paid to have a toy shipped 4 day air from the park on the 13th... and I can’t seem to get any answers from merchandise services about where my package is as it hasn’t arrived.
Does anyone have insight into what shipping company they use?
Really stressing out because it’s a toy only available in the park and the only gift Santa was scheduled to deliver

Hope you get the answers you need. When I’ve had things shipped from the park (when I’ve bought them in person), I’ve always been given a tracking number. Did you get one?

I have the shipping receipt but since it was 4 day shipping they don’t have the shipping number to give to you until it gets to ups/fedex whom ever they use.
just spent 40 minutes waiting to talk to someone at shop Disney and they don’t have any info... and it’ll be 1-3 business days before they can get back to me
