Issues with Disney website

I'm not quite in freak-out mode yet, but darn near close. I'm trying to log into my Disney account on their website to add a dining reservation, and none of my info is there. Not my fastpasses, my family members, my dining, even my resort or travel dates. I initially thought it was a bug in their system and my reservation became unlinked. So I clicked on the "help us link it" button and I received this message:


ERROR: This reservation was made by Ms. Anotherdisneyfreak and is already linked to a Disney account. Please contact Anotherdisneyfreak regarding this reservation.



Um, yeah. That is me. What the heck!! I sent an email about it since its too late to call, but ugh!! At least I was able to go back and confirm my Dining reservations are still in there. Has anyone had this issue?
 
That same thing happened to me earlier tonight, I called them and supposedly it's now fixed, we'll see...

Yesterday I had everything in my account on the website and then I tried to look around on the App and nothing was showing up, when I tried to link the ressie, it wouldn't let me so I called and the girl figured out the issue and fixed it. Then tonight I went on the website again to change a dining ADR and nothing was on there at all. so I called and it is fixed. It turned out I had 2 accounts, one with my email and one with just a user name so they deleted one and now it works. So far...
 
I too have been having problems. I had one person (who is the name on the room reservation that is tied in with us..total of 3 rooms) fall off my list, but just her, her ticket, and her fastpasses. Her resort reservation stayed though. ugh I got that taken care just a few days ago. Now when I go on the website to check, as I do everyday cause of these "glitches" we have one dinner reservation that is just gone, and ZERO fastpasses for 9 people. I sign out and sign back in, dinner reservation popped back up, but no fastpasses. I sign out and in again, dinner reservation gone again and still no fastpasses. Not to mention the app on my phone is beyond messed up. There are only a few fastpasses here, no dinner reservations, I don't understand it at all. Not sure if I should freak out as we will be there in 2 weeks, or just pray that everything is in the broken system and it will work. :confused3
 
Having the same issue with ADRs I just made for my mom. One isn't showing up on the main MDE page, but does show up under reservations. I got the same error message (I was logged in as her). Not sweating it, because it shows under reservations.
