Issues with DIS today?

Anyone else having issues with the boards today? Everytime I go to post I get an error, then my post shows up above previous posters. What going on?

i was having some problems with it earlier... i kept getting some crazy error message (similar to a page not found)when i tried to refresh a page. It just opens a page with a bunch of symbols and letters. it's been ok though for a little while now though.

Meg, I'm still having some issues... it's like super slow and all my other webpages open are going normal speed, so it must be disboards....

Me too! And this morning I couldn't get on for a few hours!

One of the servers went down this morning at the hosting site.
It looks now to be maybe an issue with timestamps? The WM are
reviewing and I or another mod will let you know when we know more.

lol yea this is happening to me too! My post is down at the bottom of a thread, and newer posts are showing up before it...? So people are answering my questions before I ask them too!!

Okay who let Goofy into the control room????? lol Its been crazy, major server error messages, postings not going in proper order, etc but considering how busy this site is, a once in a while glitch is to be expected. Glad they seem to have us up and at it again!

Seriously - Goofy's in charge!!

Those big hands make it hard to push the buttons!! lol He rocks the space bar though. lol

Anyway, like Jonette said, the 404 (server not found) error you were getting this AM is because the server was down. I'm sure the IT people have their hands full. lol. Especially with this many users going "what the heck is going on?" lol I'd hate to be those guys!

any updates with this? the threads still aren't listing in the correct order on the board. The post order seems to be fixed though.

There is no official update, yet. We'll keep you posted.

ugh...the posts are starting to get screwy again

There is still no resolution yet. They are working on things, but I don't know if they will be able to go back and retro fix everything. The posts are sorted on time stamps and it looks like almost every user has a different time associated with them. I know confusing. The WM are working on it. We will let you know when we know something more but right now all we know is that they are working on it.

There was some maintenance done on the board late last night that should have fixed any lingering problems. Let us know if something still doesn't seem right.
