Issues with App?

Has anyone ever had an issue with the information displayed in the app being months out of date? The information being displayed by the app on my mom’s phone is old and inaccurate. For example, it’s still showing the castle as under refurbishment and SWGE as “Opening May 31, 2019.” (Pics below.). In addition, the wait times and FP return windows are way off from mine (which is displaying correct into.).

She has an iPhone 7 and has updated the app. She has not tried uninstalling and reinstalling because she’s concerned about her ticket info. being compromised somehow. Her tickets (which were purchased from LMT) scanned and uploaded just fine.

I’m on site and everything is updated, but running slow with lots of time outs, errors, and interruptions. Had mobile ordering screw up almost every time. Including a duplicate order that had to be canceled...was prompted by the App to “see a CM to fix the problem” but no CM had any idea how to fix it!! Lol
