Issues booking Fastpasses this morning [Tues 7/30]?

Is anyone seeing issues attempting to book Fastpasses?

Today is my FP date, and keep getting the Olaf head with "whoops" message. I get pretty far and sometimes can select a timeslot but it never makes it thorugh.

Tried both the app and website on multiple PCs.

It's Tuesday. I feel like this happens on about 90% of Tuesdays.

I was able to book FOP and now nothing is working for me. I am in CA so it is 4am here, I am just going back to bed, this is ridiculous.

I have been trying to book for 15 min, made Big thunder but now it’s gone. Was in the process of 7D and now I can’t see anything

Just give it a little bit. Any FastPasses you made are probably still there...you just can't see them right now. Honestly, this happens almost every Tuesday. It's super frustrating, but it usually gets better within an hour or so.

I have a FP day for a weeklong trip which falls a Tuesday... I guess I am screwed!

Had better luck on our desk top than a mobile device but it took 35 min to make 3 selections...and our 7D selection is gone Of course there is no availability for it now since we are at a 30 day window. So frustrating!

I thought it was just me! I now HATE Olaf. 20 minutes to book 2 rides. An hour of refreshing and getting kicked out. I had to go outside to do my FPSs after awhile as my language was getting really bad.

I had ALOT of issues. By the time I was done selecting for 2 days it was over 30 minutes. Ended up getting FOP at 5pm on 60+2, but wasn't able to get SDD on 60+1. We are doing an offsite stay and then switching to SSR. So was only able to book the SSR days.....so now I wait until later in the month to book for the prior days which are MK and EP. We are also doing a MNSSHP on Tuesday 9/24 so not too worried about my MK day as we will have ample opportunity to ride everything in those 2 days Good luck to everyone

It doesn't happen every Tuesday, but it happens on a lot of them.

Disney IT needs to get their ish figured out. For such a MAJOR company, they should not have so many issues IMHO

So glad to see I wasn't the only one having issues this morning. It took about an hour, but I got 7 days worth of FP sorted out and finally remembered to get my ME booked too!

Is this happening frequently right now? Our fast pass day is next week and of course I have an important meeting at work that day. I will be able to get on at 7:00, but will only have until 7:30 before I leave. Am I screwed? I will possibly be able to get back on in the afternoon, but from 7:30 to at least 1:00 I am tied up at work. And my H has to be at work early that day as well. Ugh.

I feel your pain. My FP day will be Tuesday, Sept 3 (right after labor day). My web access at work is tough on a good day. I decided I'm just going to take a vacation day to do my fastpasses.

I wish I could take a day, but I have to be at this meeting. Any other day that week would work better! Oh well, I will hope for the best.

Try logging into your My Disney Experience account in incognito mode. This will help sometimes and sometimes it won't.
