Issue uploading tickets to app wallet

I purchased 7 tickets on Undercover Tourist (one-day, park to park dated tickets). The tickets are all assigned to the correct people in my email confirmation (myself, husband and 5 kids). When I added the bar codes to the Universal app, it changed all 7 tickets to my first name even though I typed in the correct first name for each person on the app.

I know I can just show them the original e-tickets from my email, but does anyone know if this would be a problem? I am worried that because the app is under my name, the system thinks only I am allowed to use those tickets.

Also, $1300 for one day for my family, not even with express pass. Things to think about before you have so many kids. LOL. Please send up good vibes that the lines are light on Tues 4/20!!! We are pairing this with a couple days at Disney so only have one day. We have been to the parks once before so basically know the lay of the land, but we had express pass last time. Sob.
 
I know others on here have had and then solved this issue. I believe the solve was calling guest services to get it fixed. Maybe look for those threads to double check but I believe that was their solve.
