Hi, my sis is considering the Grand 1, for her escape wedding next year, and thought it would be nice to do the Grand 1 for a fireworks cruise- providing she can get it! -- can someone post pics of this beautiful boat? TIA

It is an amazing experience. We took her out during our dating anniversary trip last October. Here are some photos. I had a cake ordered as a surprise with a white chocolate Cinderella Castle on top. It was beautiful! The Grand is amazingly romantic. There isn't anything better than watching wishes with your honey!!

Kinda OT_ but how do you go about ordering a cake like that with the castle topper on it?

I had the concierge at the WL order the cake for me but if you hop over to the restaurant boards there is a whole thread about how to order cakes from certain locations.

For Escape weddings you can pay the additional cost to have the castle on top of the wedding cake.

Can this boat be taken out from the WL marina? Or is it only the GF marina? And 90 days out is the earliest you can book? Thanks.

So far I know that it is $450.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.

18 people with the new boat they got last year. We had 17 and we fit just fine. I've got pics of it in my Escape TR.

Also for the person that asked about where you can get the boat from. I was told it was only available at the GF, but at least one other bride said she's taking it from the Poly. I'm not sure about WL but it's worth asking. You could call today and just ask that question - 407 wdw Play. And yes, you can only book 90 days out.
